“Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, identification card number, passport number, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, credit card details, race, nationality, any information about you which you have provided to Asia Green Group in registration or purchase forms and/or any information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used, and processed by Asia Green Group from time to time.

In addition to the Personal Data you provide to the AG Group directly, AG Group may also collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources, including without limitation when you register your interest in any AG Group projects or properties, when you purchase a property from Asia Green Group, from Asia Green Group’s property agents or other third (3rd) party property agents, when you interact and communicate with AG Group exhibitions, events, roadshows or otherwise, from companies under the AG Group, or by using the website.

The provision of your Personal Data is mandatory when you intend to purchase a property from Asia Green Group. If you do not provide Asia Green Group your Personal Data, Asia Green Group will not be able to process your purchase application, and will therefore result in you being unable to purchase the property you are interested in.

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary when you register your interest in any Asia Green Group projects or properties or in any products or services offered by companies under the AG Group. However, if you do not provide your Personal Data, you will not be able to (i) receive any news or updates on new products, services or promotions offered by the AG Group including news and updates on new projects and property developments by Asia Green Group or (ii) receive any news about latest events, exhibitions or roadshows organized or participated by Asia Green Group.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Asia Green Group may use and process your Personal Data for the purposes relating to the business and activities of Asia Green Group which shall include, without limitation:-

• Where you have purchased a property from Asia Green Group;
• To process your purchase application, including for purposes of preparing the legal documentation relating to the property you have purchased;
• For purposes of billing and payments relating to the property you have purchased;
• To send notice and communicate with you, including to update you on the progress of the construction of the property have purchased;
• To respond to questions, comments and feedback from you;
• For internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, and to improve our services; and
• For Asia Green Group to comply with its obligations under the law and you agree and consent to Asia Green Group using and processing your Personal Data in the manner as identified above and in this Notice.

Marketing and Promotional Purpose
Asia Green Group and companies under the AG Group may also use and process your data for other purpose such as to send you updates and news on their latest product, service and promotion, including the latest Asia Green Group projects and property developments and to inform you about events, exhibitions or roadshows which may be of interest to you, by way of post, telephone calls, short message service (SMS) and/or by email.

If you do not consent to Asia Green Group to the AG Group processing your Personal Data for the purposes listed in the above, please notify Asia Green Group using the contact details stated herein.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia, to companies under the AG Group which are located in Malaysia or outside Malaysia (if any) and/or where AG Group’s servers are located outside of Malaysia (if any). DISCLOSURE TO THIRD (3RD) PARTIES

Your Personal Data may be transferred, accessed or disclosed to third (3rd) parties for the purposes of processing your property purchase application. • Where you have purchased a property from Asia Green Group; to local authorities, such Land Office, local councils, and utilities companies;

• The AG Group; and
• Regulatory and governmental authorities in order to comply with statutory and government requirements.

Your Personal Data may also be shared in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a sale of a subsidiary or a division, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of winding-up.
